Geçmişe Vefa, Bugüne Muhabbet, Geleceğe Birlik
Of Kültür ve Yardımlaşma Derneği (Of Hayrat Cemiyeti), 1967’den bu yana sürdürdüğü dayanışma ve kardeşlik kültürünü “Ahde Vefa Gecesi” ile taçlandırdı. Raffles Hotels & Resorts Zorlu Center’da gerçekleştirilen gece, cemiyetin geçmişten bugüne uzanan güçlü hafızasını, birlik ve beraberlik anlayışını ve gelecek kuşaklara bırakmak istediği mirası gözler önüne serdi.
Of Hayrat Cemiyeti tarafından düzenlenen Ahde Vefa Gecesi, cemiyet çatısı altında yıllardır sürdürülen çalışmaların, dostlukların ve gönül bağlarının buluşma noktası oldu.
4 Ekim 2026 Pazar günü gerçekleştirilen geceye; bürokratlar, akademisyenler, siyasetçiler, belediye başkanları, iş insanları, hekimler ve çok sayıda davetli katıldı.
Yaklaşık 600 kişinin bir araya geldiği gecede, cemiyetin düzenlediği “Cemiyette Muhabbet Günleri” kapsamında bugüne kadar gerçekleştirilen 99 programın konuşmacıları ve sponsorları da bir araya getirildi.
1967’den bugüne uzanan bir dayanışma hikâyesi
Karadeniz’in köklü sivil toplum kuruluşlarından biri olan Of Hayrat Cemiyeti, 1967 yılında başlayan çalışmalarını bugün de aynı dayanışma ruhuyla sürdürüyor.
Gecenin temel mesajı ise “ahde vefa” kavramı etrafında şekillendi.
Geçmişte emek verenleri unutmamak, onların bıraktığı emaneti korumak, bugün sahip olunan değerleri gelecek kuşaklara aktarmak ve ihtiyaç anında birbirinin yanında olmak, gecede yapılan konuşmaların ortak paydasını oluşturdu.
Of Hayrat Cemiyeti Başkanı Emrullah Tellioğlu, konuşmasında cemiyetin yalnızca aynı memleketten insanların bir araya geldiği bir yapı olmadığını vurgulayarak, birlikteliğin birbirini tanımak, başarıları birlikte alkışlamak ve zor günlerde birbirinin yanında olmak anlamına geldiğini ifade etti.
Tellioğlu, cemiyetin temel anlayışını “geçmişimize vefa, bugünümüze ve geleceğimize emanet” anlayışıyla özetledi.
“Biz büyük bir aileyiz”
Emrullah Tellioğlu, Of Hayrat Cemiyeti’nin yıllar içerisinde yalnızca sosyal dayanışma alanında değil, eğitim ve gençlere destek konusunda da önemli çalışmalar yürüttüğünü belirtti.
Cemiyetin kuruluşundan bu yana eğitim desteğinin öncelikli alanlardan biri olduğuna dikkat çeken Tellioğlu, geleceğin gençlere yatırım yaparak inşa edileceği mesajını verdi.
99 haftadır devam eden “Cemiyette Muhabbet” programlarının da bu anlayışın önemli bir parçası olduğunu belirten Tellioğlu, farklı alanlardan konuşmacıları ve sponsorları aynı çatı altında buluşturduklarını ifade etti.
Cemiyetin gelecek dönem hedefleri arasında sosyal sorumluluk projeleri, gençlere destek ve eğitim çalışmalarının yanı sıra bir kültür merkezi oluşturulmasına yönelik çalışmaların da bulunduğu aktarıldı.
Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz’e Onursal Başkanlık
Gecenin önemli anlarından biri ise Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz’e Onursal Başkanlık verilmesi oldu.
Of Hayrat Cemiyeti tarafından, yıllar boyunca ortaya koyduğu emek ve cemiyet kültürüne yaptığı katkılar nedeniyle Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz onursal başkan ilan edildi.
Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz konuşmasında, vefa kültürünün yalnızca bir kişiyi onurlandırmak anlamına gelmediğine, aynı zamanda geçmişten bugüne taşınan bir hafızaya sahip çıkmak olduğuna dikkat çekti.
Akyüz, dernek ve vakıfların topluma katkı sunması, dayanışmayı güçlendirmesi ve ortak değerler etrafında insanları buluşturması gerektiğini vurguladı.
Eren Bülbül anıldı
Ahde Vefa Gecesi’nde, Trabzon ve Türkiye hafızasında önemli bir yere sahip olan Eren Bülbül de unutulmadı.
Program kapsamında Eren Bülbül’ün hayatını konu alan film hakkında bilgi verilirken, Ceren Ece Öksüz sahneye davet edildi. Gerçekleştirilen dinletinin ardından filmin sunumu ve gösterimi yapıldı.
Bu bölüm, gecenin yalnızca bir cemiyet buluşması değil, aynı zamanda ortak toplumsal hafızanın yaşatıldığı anlamlı bir organizasyon olduğunu da ortaya koydu.
Gecede güçlü bir isim kadrosu
Ahde Vefa Gecesi’nin panelinde birbirinden önemli isimler yer aldı.
Programın moderatörlüğünü Bahar Özmen üstlenirken; Cumhurbaşkanı Başdanışmanı Oktay Saral, Trabzon Milletvekili ve eski Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanı Adil Karaismailoğlu, Of Hayrat Cemiyeti Onursal Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz, İstanbul Milletvekili Hayrettin Nuhoğlu, emekli Tümamiral ve akademisyen Prof. Dr. Cihat Yaycı, Of Hayrat Cemiyeti Başkanı Emrullah Tellioğlu, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi’nden Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akif Okur, Yüzyıl Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Yaşar Hacısalihoğlu ve Of Belediye Başkanı Salim Salih Sarıalioğlu programda yer aldı.
Programda ayrıca yardımcı sunucu olarak Eslem Tellioğlu görev aldı.
Geçmişten geleceğe uzanan emanet
Of Hayrat Cemiyeti’nin Ahde Vefa Gecesi, geçmişte görev yapan ve cemiyetin bugünlere ulaşmasına katkı sağlayan isimlerin hatırlanması açısından da özel bir anlam taşıdı.
Gecede verilen mesajların ortak noktasında ise tek bir anlayış öne çıktı:
Vefa, geçmişi unutmamak; emaneti korumak; iyiliği karşılıksız bırakmamak ve geleceğe daha güçlü bir toplum bırakmak.
1967 yılında başlayan bir gönül hareketinin bugün yüzlerce kişiyi aynı çatı altında buluşturması, Of Hayrat Cemiyeti’nin yalnızca bir hemşehri derneği değil, aynı zamanda nesiller arasında bağ kuran güçlü bir sivil toplum hafızası oluşturduğunu gösterdi.
99 “Cemiyette Muhabbet” programının ardından düzenlenen Ahde Vefa Gecesi de bu uzun yolculuğun bir muhasebesi ve geleceğe yönelik yeni bir başlangıcın işareti oldu.

Of Hayrat Association’s Night of Loyalty: A Legacy of Solidarity from 1967 to the Future
“Loyalty to the Past, Fellowship Today, Unity for the Future”
The Of Culture and Solidarity Association (Of Hayrat Association) brought together its long-standing tradition of solidarity and fellowship at a special “Night of Loyalty” held at Raffles Hotels & Resorts Zorlu Center in Istanbul. The event celebrated the association’s deep-rooted history dating back to 1967, while highlighting its commitment to preserving its values and passing them on to future generations.
The Night of Loyalty brought together bureaucrats, academics, politicians, mayors, businesspeople, physicians and numerous distinguished guests who have contributed to the association and its community over the years.
Approximately 600 people attended the gathering, which also brought together speakers and sponsors who had participated in the association’s 99 “Cemiyette Muhabbet” programs, a series of regular gatherings designed to strengthen friendship, dialogue and solidarity.
A Tradition of Solidarity Since 1967
One of the long-established civil society organizations associated with the Black Sea region, the Of Hayrat Association has continued its activities since its establishment in 1967 with a strong emphasis on solidarity and community.
The central theme of the evening was “ahde vefa” — remaining loyal to commitments, remembering those who contributed in the past and protecting the values entrusted to future generations.
Speakers emphasized that loyalty is not merely a word, but a responsibility to remember those who came before, protect their legacy and stand together in times of need.
“We Are One Big Family”
Of Hayrat Association President Emrullah Tellioğlu emphasized that the association is much more than a gathering of people from the same hometown.
According to Tellioğlu, genuine community means knowing one another, celebrating each other’s achievements and standing beside one another during difficult times.
He summarized the association’s understanding with a message centered on loyalty to the past, responsibility for the present and an entrusted future.
Tellioğlu also highlighted the association’s work in education and youth support, stressing that investment in younger generations is essential for building the future.
The association’s 99 “Cemiyette Muhabbet” gatherings have become an important part of this mission, bringing together speakers and supporters from different fields.
Future projects include continued social responsibility initiatives, support for young people and education, as well as efforts toward establishing a cultural center.
Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz Honored as Honorary President
One of the most significant moments of the evening was the honoring of Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz as Honorary President of the Of Hayrat Association.
Recognized for his years of service and contribution to the association’s culture, Akyüz was invited to the stage amid applause.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Akyüz emphasized that honoring a respected figure also means preserving a collective memory and keeping the culture of loyalty alive.
He underlined the importance of associations and foundations contributing to society, strengthening solidarity and bringing people together around shared values.
Eren Bülbül Remembered
The Night of Loyalty also commemorated Eren Bülbül, whose memory holds a special place in the collective memory of Trabzon and Türkiye.
As part of the program, information was presented about the film depicting Eren Bülbül’s life, followed by a stage appearance by Ceren Ece Öksüz. A musical performance and the presentation and screening of the film were also included in the program.
This segment reinforced the broader meaning of the evening as not only a community gathering, but also an occasion for preserving shared social memory.

The evening featured a distinguished group of panelists and guests.
The program was moderated by Bahar Özmen, with participants including Oktay Saral, Chief Advisor to the President; Adil Karaismailoğlu, Trabzon Member of Parliament and former Minister of Transport and Infrastructure; Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz, Honorary President of the Of Hayrat Association; Istanbul MP Hayrettin Nuhoğlu; retired Admiral and academic Prof. Dr. Cihat Yaycı; Of Hayrat Association President Emrullah Tellioğlu; Yıldız Technical University academic Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akif Okur; Yüzyıl University Rector Prof. Dr. Yaşar Hacısalihoğlu; and Of Mayor Salim Salih Sarıalioğlu.
Eslem Tellioğlu also served as assistant presenter during the program.
A Legacy Carried from the Past into the Future
The Night of Loyalty provided an opportunity to remember those who served the Of Hayrat Association in previous years and contributed to its development.
The common message throughout the evening was clear:
Loyalty means remembering the past, protecting what has been entrusted to us, giving back without expecting anything in return and leaving a stronger society for future generations.
From a community movement founded in 1967 to a gathering of hundreds of people today, the Of Hayrat Association has developed a strong civil society tradition that connects generations.
Following its 99 “Cemiyette Muhabbet” programs, the Night of Loyalty served both as a celebration of the association’s journey and as a message of renewed commitment to the future.
